2 銅粉導電膠

銀(yin)一般具備有品質(zhi)的導(dao)電(dian)、傳熱性(xing)(xing)的性(xing)(xing)能(neng)及抗防氧化性(xing)(xing)能(neng),但(dan)鑒于(yu)銀(yin)粉(fen)報(bao)價(jia)較高,且(qie)其(qi)導(dao)電(dian)膠中產生光(guang)電(dian)變更不良現(xian)象,銀(yin)粉(fen)導(dao)電(dian)膠的應(ying)用很受了(le)局限(xian)。因為銀(yin)粉(fen)導(dao)電(dian)膠的充(chong)當商品,銅粉(fen)導(dao)電(dian)膠的論述很受了(le)解。

4、碳系導電膠
